Great as a side dish. Use as a meze with tsiporo....

Serves: 6 

  • 1 kilo potatoes
  • small bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 200 grams feta, crumbled
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour for rolling
  • oil for frying

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Scrub potatoes and boil in their skins. Remove skin and mash. Add parsley, eggs, feta,salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Shape mashed potato mix into walnut-sized balls, roll in flour and fry until golden.
