Crock Pot Mince Stew

    Serves: 4 

    • 600g mince
    • 1 Tablespoon oil
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tsp powdered stock
    • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Sprig of thyme

    Preparation:30min  ›  Extra time:3hours30min  ›  Ready in:4hours 

    1. Heat oil in fry pan. Brown the onion and the garlic for 5-10mins on a low heat then place in the crock pot
    2. Turn the heat up and brown the mince in the fry pan.
    3. Add the rest of the ingredients and transfer to the crock pot
    4. Cook on High for 2 hours then turn down to Low for 2 more hours or longer.
