2 cups wholemeal flour

2 cups sugar

2 cups sultanas

2 teaspoons baking soda

4 cups grated carrot
-
4 eggs
-
1¾ cups cooking oil

2 teaspoons mixed spice
Preparation method
Prep:
15 minutes

Cook: 55 minutes
1.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line an oblong baking tin (30x20cm) with baking paper.
2.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
3.
Mix all the liquid ingredients together - fold into one another.
5.
Bake in the middle shelf of the oven for 50-60 minutes till a tester comes out clean.
