100g of chocolate

Mix cream cheese and chocolate dessert until well combined.
Place cream and broken chocolate in a microwave safe jug and cook in 20 second bursts until cream is warm enough to melt chocolate. Mix until it all comes together and slightly thickens. Add to cream cheese mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Place meringue nests into serving dishes, divide and place mixture evenly on top of meringue nests. Top with cream and raspberries and raspberry juice - if any. ENJOY!
