This recipe lists only the ingredients, but not the quantities, as this allows individual tastes and quantities.
chicken pieces (I always use thighs)
can of chopped tomatoes
can of corn kernels
salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Dip chicken pieces in flour and brown on both sides in oil.
- Cook chopped onion and bacon in oil, and add with chicken to a casserole dish. Pour over undrained corn kernels and tomatoes.
- Cook for one and half hours, or less, until chicken is cooked through.
