This was a quick-fix because the local supermarket was selling off chicken drumsticks very cheaply, and I have never cooked them before. I also had a loaf of bread which was getting old and I hate to waste food... I suddenly remembered crumbing fish with my mum as a youngster.
This was a definite hit with the family. I made extra to serve 4 people and it was delicious. I took the skin off the chicken to make it healthier and no one noticed lol. Have put this recipe on my computer and printed it out and added to my notes as this is a real keeper. - 21 Dec 2012
