Creamy Tuna Pasta

This is a simple dish to make if you are in a hurry, or if your pantry looks a little bare. It's quick and easy to make if you can't be bother to cook. You can use other meat instead of tuna, such as salmon, chicken, beef, etc. You can up size the serving to 6 if you are having extra people.

Ingredients

Serves : 4 

  • 2 cups pasta, (any kind will do)
  • 1 bottle whole egg mayonnaise
  • 125g tin tuna, drained or your choice of meat
  • 4-6 eggs, hard boiled

Directions

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Boil the pasta according to the directions on the packet, then drain and set aside.
  2. Hard boil the eggs.
  3. Meanwhile drain the tuna, salmon (if using) place the meat (what ever you are using) in a bowl and then add the mayonnaise and mix well, set aside.
  4. Once the pasta is drained mix into the meat mixture, then peel the eggs and chop them up and mix into the mixture.
