Quick fish fillets fried in oil, lemon juice and black pepper. You can use any white fish fillets - like bream or whiting. Serve with rice or potatoes and a green salad.

Easy. Quick and feels healthy:-) I added some salt but otherwise didn't change this recipe. i could imagine chucking some herbs in, though-but fine as is - 27 Feb 2009
I fixed this for a husband who LOVES fish and two 8-year old picky eaters. There were no leftovers! I served it with yellow rice and mixed vegetables. The whole meal was done and on the table in less than 30 minutes. At last, a great fish dish that does not require dredging and deep frying fish.
