Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease two 22x13cm loaf tins.
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, bicarb, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, strawberries, bananas, orange rind and oil. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add flour mixture, and stir just until moistened. Stir in walnuts.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Remove to wire rack to cool.
