This is a quick, easy, healthy meal of chicken and vegetables. My family asks for this meal at least once a week.
this dish is amazing it was so easy and super yummy - 22 Oct 2010
I'm a bit of a stir fry virgin, but I cut my chicken up into little strips before cooking it. I'm sure that's obvious, but usually instructions tell you how and when to cut things up. Also, i'm lazy, and couldn't be bothered Googling for "julienned" so I just cut the carrot up. 4 breasts and 4 cups of Broccoli filled a large stock pot! I had to cook it in two batches, but the results were unreal. Great simple recipe! - 31 Oct 2013
Fantastic!! A great homemade teriyaki for this dish is 1 T. cornstarch, 1 T. cold water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. cider vingar, 1 clove minced garlic, a dash each of ground ginger and ground black pepper (according to taste). Simmer all together, stirring regularly til thickened. Toss in with the noodles. Enjoy! It is wonderful!! - 09 Aug 2004 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
