Marinated Chicken Wings and Drumettes
Easy to make and delicious to eat. We had these at my son's birthday and everyone loved them!

1 1/2 kg chicken drumettes/wingettes or wings (broken into 3 pieces at the joints - throw away the tips)
1 cup (250ml) tomato sauce
1/2 cup (125ml) plum sauce
1/4 cup (65ml) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup (45g) firmly packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic crushed
15 min › Cook:
20 min › Extra time:
3 hours marinating › Ready in:
3 hours 35 min
Mix ingredients, add chicken. Cover and put in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
Drain chicken and discard marinade.
BBQ on a low heat around 20 minutes until cooked.

I substituted the plum sauce for my sons favourite bottled bbq sauce. We loved them warm or cold. I found it much more economical to marinate my own compared to buying marinated ones from supermarket.

Altered ingredient amounts.
Used half the sugar and added some chilli sauce
