    A family favourite-great for kids.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1kg sausages
    • oil for frying
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 rashers bacon, chopped
    • 1 pkt French onion soup mix
    • 2 cups (500ml) water
    • 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease an ovenproof dish.
    2. Heat oil in pan, brown sausages, remove. Add onion and bacon to the pan and cook for 3 mins.
    3. Add dry soup mix, water and vegetables to the pan and stir until well combined.
    4. Place sausages and the vegetable pan mix into ovenproof dish.
    5. Bake covered at 180°C for 30 mins.

    So easy so healthy and so cheap I have 2 very fussy toddlers who loved this meal and came back for seconds , I followed recipe to the letter and froze the other half a kilo for them thanks for this wonderful recipe ❤ - 13 May 2013
