What to do with a bottle of gin you've received for Christmas when you find you've outgrown the traditional martini. Make sure you keep your gin in the freezer (it won't actually freeze) as this is a great Summertime cocktail.

Ingredients

1 shot gin

Passiona, Pasito or diet Passionfruit Soda, chilled

1-3 tablespoons lemon juice, chilled (or to taste)

Preparation method

1.		Fill a cocktail glass half full with ice. Add gin, then passionfruit soft drink to within 1cm of the top. Top up with lemon juice, approximately 3tbs (or to taste).
