This is better than the bought Irish Cream Liqueur with its mix of cream, coconut cream, whisky and chocolate.

Serves: 12 

  • 600mls whipping cream
  • 1 tin (395g) condensed milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 1 cup (250ml) whisky
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate dessert topping.
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut cream

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Beat all together gently till combined.
  2. Pour into a sterilized screw top bottle. Keep in the fridge.
