A healthy dish which is very easy to make using chicken, onion, fresh mushrooms and arborio rice. Feel free to dress it up with some garlic and chilli if you like.
This recipe was really easy and very yummy. I added the garlic with the onion. Also added some sliced shortcut bacon with the chicken and some peas about 5 min before it was ready and added some mixed herbs when seasoning... Will deffinately make it again... I also boiled the stock before adding it as I read somewhere that is stops the rice from going gluggy ( I'm not actually sure if it makes a difference) - 09 Feb 2015
