BBQ Teriyaki Tuna Steak

Tuna and teriyaki both come out wonderful on the BBQ, so it is only natural to combine the two flavours as done in this recipe.

My 12yr old daughter made this for dinner last night, we used salmon fillets instead of tuna as that's all I could get in my rush. It was very tasty and I look forward to trying it again with the tuna.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. LOVE THIS. Was able to grill tuna to perfection - boiled the marinade down and put a small amount on top before serving and it was delicious. Will definitely make again.

This is a great recipe! Also - regarding the nutritional information (so many reviewers were overly concerned about fat and sodium) - you don't drink the marinade!

Great Tuna recipe. Taste just the way mum use to make. I too, seared on a pan rather than the grill. Wonderful dish, will definitely make again.
