Liqueur Ice Cream
- 1 tin (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 600ml thickened cream
- 240ml Grand Marnier or other liqueur
Preparation:10min › Cook:2hours › Extra time:50min › Ready in:3hours
- Make sure all the ingredients are cold before you start. Whip the cream to soft peaks, gently fold in the condensed milk and liqueur, then freeze.
- You can add more alcohol if you like, but remember that it will prevent the ice cream from freezing, so always serve this straight from the freezer!
