Easy to make and replicable. Double or triple the proportions to batch cook and freeze for kids school lunches. Reheating in the toaster makes them come up fresh and crunchy.

Simple and quick standard recipe. Very good results. This recipe is useful if you are in a rush for breakfast. I used only half the sugar as i thought they would taste too sweet with my toppings. I topped the pancakes with sliced ripe banana and a drizzle of maple syrup or lime/lemon juice.

Our family loves this recipe. Makes great pancake stacks and they are very light and fluffy.

Easy to make, loved the vinegar trick as I had no buttermilk on hand. Kids loved them.

Delicious and so easy to make. The only thing I differed on was I increased the bi-carb to 1 teaspoon, added a pinch of baking powder and a few drops of vanilla essence. Also had to add a little extra milk as mixture was quite thick. They rose light, thick and fluffy.

Very easy way to please the kids and Mum & Dad too, none left over each time I made it.
