Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except jam and white chocolate.
Measure out 2 cups of mixture and press into a lamington pan lined with baking paper. Press firmly with hands or spoon.
Spread raspberry jam on top and sprinkle with remaining muesli mixture. Press down lightly.
Bake for 25mins. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and cut into bars.
Melt chocolate over a double boiler.
Using two forks dip bottom of muesli bar in chocolate and place on baking paper, chocolate side down. Repeat until all done. Then drizzle chocolate over top in a backwards and forwards motion. Set in fridge for 1 hour.
Just wonderful, made exactly to the recipe and we are going bananas over them! Can't wait to add our own bits and pieces to it, the mix feels like it would accept nuts, fruit, etc really well. Easy to make, yummy to eat, top recipe thanks - 26 Jan 2014
Let me just say... I doubled this recipe! Made a few adjustments. Instead of Raspberry and White Chocolate I did it with Orange Marmalade and Chocolate. WONDERFUL! AMAZING! Going to make this again and again. Beautiful and Simple! - 05 Feb 2013
I am so pleased to have finally found this recipe again I thought I was Stupid as I (thankfully) had printed he recipe but because I smudged it with wet hands - tried to bring this recipe up for last 2 days to no avail until I found raspberry oat slice & it Finally came uo as a similar YES of course I have saved it& No I havent had a chance to bake yet BUT definitely will - 25 May 2009
