The whole family loved these!! I made mine without apricots because I didn't have any in the pantry and they were still great!! Easy to make.  -  19 Jul 2009

I love when I find a recipe without eggs since my 20 month old daughter is allergic to them. I added about 1/2 cup coconut, used dates instead of apricots and left out the chocolate. I baked them in a square pan instead of cookies. Turned out nice and soft. A healthy treat.  -  07 Sep 2009

Made these at the weekend with my son and they are fab. Took a load to the childminders and all her children loved them so much she has asked for the recipe. I like them chewy so baked for 12 mins in my fan oven and they get better the day after being baked I thought. Didn't have choc chips but did put a few raisins and peanuts in along with the chopped dried apricots. Yum!  -  30 Oct 2013  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
