Needless to say, kids love the look of these biscuits and adults love the taste. Disgustingly perfect for a Halloween party.
Excellent! I split the recipe into 4, wrapping each in a tight cylinder in cling wrap to refrigerate. Then when it came time to roll, I'd cut a section to make 2 or 3 fingers. I also have a Thai member of the family who correctly pointed out that a little bit of chocolate powder and we can have fingers of colour. I dyed almond slivers red and black for nails. Amazing. - 31 Oct 2011
This recipe is fun to make with the grand children. We did a trial run. And will bake again for Halloween. thanks for the tip about chocolate and black slivered almonds, that added to the gore look. - 21 Sep 2012
