Chocolate Fudge

Can be made with or without the peanut butter, I always get rave reviews from this rather easy-to-make fudge, using ingredients you most likely have on hand. This recipe does requires a candy thermometer.

This is a great recipe as it only requires ingredients you are likely to have in your pantry. I don't have a thermometer so I simmered my mixture for approx. 5 mins, took it off the heat then added peanut butter and vanilla and hardly had to beat it at all before it quickly thickened.

Really great recipe. Try using less butter and it'll taste just as good and be a lot healthier.
