    This was given to me by a chef back in the 1960's when everyone had seafood or prawn cocktail as a starter when eating out. Sprinkle smoked paprika over the sauce when you serve it and serve with a sprig of parsley.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup (250ml) salad dressing
    • 1 tablespoon (20ml) tomato sauce
    • 1 tablespoon (20ml) Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp curry powder
    • 1/2 cup whipped cream

    1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients gently together till combined. Cover and leave in the fridge for one hour.
