This is one version of a Swiss creamy breakfast cereal made up the night before and soaked in the fridge overnight to be ready to eat in the morning. Choose your favourite yoghurt flavours. No cooking required!
2 cups (500g) rolled oats
1 cup (250ml) drinking yogurt (or milk)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup (250g) plain or fruit yogurt
1/2 cup (150ml) orange or apple juice
1 cup (250g) sultanas
mixed fresh chopped fruits, such as bananas, apples or strawberries
2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted

Combine the oats, drinking yogurt, honey, yogurt and juice in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, stir in fruit and almonds and mix well before serving.
