A simple broccoli dish sure to please and quick and easy to make. Goes well with any meat dish and you can adapt it to vegetables other than broccoli.
Rather than dressing the broccoli in butter, I chose to toast my almonds, heat 2 tbs of olive oil in the pan, add my broccoli and toss together over medium high heat. Just a bit healthier and just as tasty. I have to admit that I didn't find the almonds brought much to the flavor, but they made the dish look good. Thanks for sharing. - 05 May 2013
