Yummy biscuity treats with a marshmallow centre. Just how mum used to make! I use malt biscuits but Vanilla Wine are ok too.
½ cup (90g) brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ tin condensed milk
2 teaspoonsn cocoa
2 cups plain sweet biscuits crumbs, about 1 ½ pkts
1 packet large marshmallows
coconut for rolling

Put the butter, condensed milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla together in a pot over a low-medium heat. Stir until butter is melted then stir in the crushed biscuits. Moisten hands and roll a tablespoon-ish of the mixture round a marshmallow, press firmly to close then roll in coconut.
Refrigerate till set-about 30 minutes. Cut in half when set.
