    Warm sliced bananas in a warm gooey caramel sauce. Great with pancakes or with ice cream.

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 small to medium ripe bananas
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 tsp brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp orange juice

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Slice bananas into 1 cm slices.
    2. Add the butter to a saucepan and when it starts melting add the bananas. Make sure this is over high heat.
    3. Keep turning bananas until golden brown.
    4. Add sugar and orange juice and stir through with the bananas.
    5. SErve, once its all heated through.
