Mango Smoothie

    This mango smoothie uses mango frozen yoghurt for an extra burst of creamy flavour but you could substitute ice cream if you prefer.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 cups ice
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 4 mangoes, peeled and diced
    • 1 litre mango frozen yoghurt

    1. Place the ice, juice, mango flesh and frozen yoghurt into a blender or the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth.
