These indulgent sweet toasted sandwiches ooze with chocolate hazelnut goodness and are complimented by delicious strawberries. Slice diagonally into triangles, dust with icing sugar and garnish with extra strawberries to serve. Too good to waste on the kids!
8 slices of brioche or white bread
100g chocolate hazelnut spread
1 cup (125g) toasted hazelnuts, chopped
1 punnet strawberries, washed and sliced

Spread each slice of bread with chocolate hazelnut spread on one side only. Sprinkle 1/2 of the chopped hazelnuts over the spread on 4 pieces of bread only. Place the sliced strawberries evenly on those same four pieces of bread. Sprinkle the remaining hazelnuts over the strawberries and then cover each with another piece of bread, spread side down, to make a sandwich
Heat a frying pan and spray with oil. Cook sandwiches one at a time for 2-3 minutes on each side till just browned.
