Chicken Dijonnaise

    A very easy and fantastic recipe with a bit of tang. Simply cooked chicken breats given a flavour and nutrition boost with dijonnaise and avocado.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 kg boneless chicken breast
    • 2 avocados sliced
    • 1/2 cup dijonnaise mustard/mayo mix

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Slice your chicken very thinly as if you were making schnitzel. Cook each side for approx 3 minutes or until done. (I grill mine but you could fry or even BBQ)
    2. Warm up the dijonnaise in a heatproof dish. Plate the cooked chicken slices, spread some warm dijonnaise on it and top that with sliced avocado, Yum!!
