Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes

Yummy rosemary and garlic flavoured roast potatoes. Very intense flavour and great to serve with a roast of any kind.

- 10 large white potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
- a heavy pinch sea salt
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil

- Peel the potatoes and cut into evenly sized chunks, about 2.5 cm in size. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Peel and chop the garlic then put into morter and pestle along with all of the rosemary, chopped and all of the oil.
- Pound the ingrediants into a paste.
- Toss the potatoes in the garlic rosemary paste until covered, then put into the baking dish into preheated oven for 1hour, turning regularly.
