Roast Beef with Mustard
This is a very tender and juicy beef with a very delicious mustard crust. A simple recipe but makes a great tasting roast and great leftovers too!

1 kg Beef roast
375 g jar whole grain mustard
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees C and make sure the roast is completely defrosted before you start.
- Smother a thick covering of the whole grain mustard all over the beef
- Spray or oil oven dish, so beef doesn't stick.
- Cook for 1 hour and turn, and cook for another hour.
