An awesome quick and delicious meal for a warm summer's day. The dressing really makes this dish come to life.


Serves: 6 

  • 18 chicken tenderloins
  • 100ml sweet soy sauce
  • 50ml fish sauce
  • 300ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 500g sour cream
  • 100ml honey
  • 2 tablespoon whole grain mustard

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, fish sauce and half of sweet chilli sauce for at least two hours.
  2. While your chicken is marinating make up a lovely tossed salad with the regular ingredients traditionally used in a tossed salad.
  3. make the dressing combine sour cream, honey, mustard and the rest of the sweet chilli sauce.
  4. Barbacue chicken about 3 minutes each side, it should have a lovely caramelised colour. Place on top of the tossed salad and drizzle some of the creamy dressing over the top.
