While your chicken is marinating make up a lovely tossed salad with the regular ingredients traditionally used in a tossed salad.
make the dressing combine sour cream, honey, mustard and the rest of the sweet chilli sauce.
Barbacue chicken about 3 minutes each side, it should have a lovely caramelised colour. Place on top of the tossed salad and drizzle some of the creamy dressing over the top.
