    Easiest, most satisfying cake. Countless variations; if you think the sky is the limit, try dried apricot and apricot juice.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 1kg sultanas
    • 2 1/2 cups (310g) self-raising flour
    • 2 1/4 cups (560ml) orange juice
    • 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour30min  ›  Ready in:1hour40min 

    1. Mix all ingredients.
    2. Pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper.
    3. Bake at 160 degrees C for 90 minutes.
    4. Cool on a cake rack.
