Easiest, most satisfying cake. Countless variations; if you think the sky is the limit, try dried apricot and apricot juice.
2 1/2 cups (310g) self-raising flour
2 1/4 cups (560ml) orange juice
1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 160 degrees C for 90 minutes.
- Cool on a cake rack.
