    This is the easiest, yummiest chocolate mousse ever. You can use dark, white or milk chocolate or a mixture of them all.

    Serves: 4 

    • 300ml thickened cream
    • 150g favourite chocolate

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

    1. Whisk the cream until it is nice and thick.
    2. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave and allow to cool.
    3. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream.
    4. Pour into serving cups such as martini glasses then cool in the fridge until set; approximately one hour.
