Quick and tasty lunch alternative for children. An egg omelette is packed with noodles and grated vegetables then melted cheese on the top.
1 packet 2 Minute Noodles, any flavour but chicken recommended
1 cup grated vegetables
1/3 cup grated cheese
- Place noodles and vegetables into non-stick frying pan.
- Whisk egg with a small amount of water then pour over noodle and vegetable mix.
- Top with grated cheese
- Cook over low heat until egg half-cooked then place under a low grill until golden brown.
