Quick and tasty lunch alternative for children. An egg omelette is packed with noodles and grated vegetables then melted cheese on the top.


Serves: 2 

  • 1 packet 2 Minute Noodles, any flavour but chicken recommended
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated vegetables
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Place noodles and vegetables into non-stick frying pan.
  2. Whisk egg with a small amount of water then pour over noodle and vegetable mix.
  3. Top with grated cheese
  4. Cook over low heat until egg half-cooked then place under a low grill until golden brown.
