    This tomato soup is quick, easy and delicious. For variables you can add bacon, garlic, extra herbs or cream/milk.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 (800g) tin peeled, diced tomatoes
    • basil, dried or fresh
    • 1 large onion, diced

    Preparation:2min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:32min 

    1. Saute the onion in oil over a low heat until it looks glassy. Don't let it burn.
    2. Add tomatoes and stir in basil.
    3. Simply keep stirring it until it has boiled for a while or when you are ready to serve.
