Combine mince, paprika, egg, half of the onion and 1 tablespoon of the tomato paste in medium bowl. Combine well then roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.
Heat oil in large saucepan then cook meatballs in batches until browned.
Cook garlic and remaining onion in same saucepan stirring until the onion softens.
Add carrots and cook stirring until they are just tender.
Add remaining tomato paste to saucepan. Cook stirring for 1 minute.
Add undrained tomatoes and tomato pasta sauce then bring to a boil.
Add zucchini, beans and meatballs; return to a boil.
Reduce heat then simmer covered for about 15 minutes or until it is a nice thick sauce.
