- 250g marshmallows
- 1 small tin pineapple pieces
- 1 small tin mandarin segments
- 200g sour cream

- Cut the marshmallows in halves.
- Drain the pineapple and mandarin then add to marshmallows.
- Mix together with the light sour cream.
- Allow to sit refrigerated for a few hours to allow flavours to mingle.
- Stir before serving.
