This is a great summer salad to enjoy with a main course BBQ. It has been in my family for many generations and while some think it is a little weird, they keep coming back for more. Some less adventurous friends use it as a dessert.
1 small tin pineapple pieces
1 small tin mandarin segments
200g sour cream
Preparation:10min › Ready in:10min
Cut the marshmallows in halves.
Drain the pineapple and mandarin then add to marshmallows.
Mix together with the light sour cream.
Allow to sit refrigerated for a few hours to allow flavours to mingle.
