    I got this from a friend and think it is the greatest appetizer for parties. The flavour of the hamburger/sausage mix is really great and you can add hot sausage if you like a kick.

    Serves: 10 

    • 500g hamburger meat
    • 500g sausage
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 500g cheese, cubed
    • 500g miniature canapé bread slices

    Preparation:30min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Brown beef and sausage together until well cooked then drain any excess fluids.
    2. Add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce, mix thoroughly.
    3. Add cheese and simmer with lid on until cheese melts then mix thoroughly.
    4. Spread mixture on canapé bread and bake 180 degrees C on an ungreased baking tray until golden brown.
