Perfect for lamb, this is a quick and easy marinade recipe that combines honey, chilli, lemon and curry. You can cook outside on the BBQ or inside on the stove or under the grill.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon sambal oelek or any South East Asian chilli paste
In a glass bowl, stir together the garlic, mustard, lemon rind, lemon or lime juice, honey, curry powder, the sambal and turmeric. Rub into any cut of lamb, and marinate for at least 3 hours before cooking as desire

I used chicken the second time I cooked this and that works just as well. the third time I used this recipe I 1/2 the garlic and used it as a salad dressing
