I didn't love this soup, like I was thinking I would from the ratings. It was just okay, but I liked that it was healthy and fairly quick to make. It kind of had a creamed spinach aftertaste, but was just so thin like a broth soup with spinach blended in. Not a repeat recipe, but it easily used up some spinach that was about to expire.

Delicious! i added a little nutmeg after the suggestion. Even my kids liked it and thats saying something!

I tried this as a way to use an excess of spinach and will defiantly do it again but I find the need of an additional flavour such as Nutmeg a necessity. An alternative may be Garam Masala.
