This baked savoury slice is very nice served with a tossed salad or eaten on its own as a snack. It's a nice addition to school lunches.
This is great for school lunches, I use a bit more (2 med)zucchini and no ham but I also throw in 1.5 cups of frozen mixed veggies and divide it into a large muffin tins. The kids from 16-5 all love it! and being bit size the are great have after school also. I would never knwo howlong they keep for as they are gone within 24 hours - 16 Oct 2011
I have used variations of this recipe for a few years now - adding or subtracting as the pantry allows, it never fails! I have replaced the zucchini with broccoli successfully. Great as lunch alone or with steak for a family dinner. I am going to try same recipe in a muffin tin next. - 04 Jun 2010
Used different ingredients. No Ham & no onion (because I didnt have them) Added a can of sweet corn (because I did have it) and used wholemeal flour...Beautiful!! - 04 Jun 2010
