Zucchini and Ham Slice

This baked savoury slice is very nice served with a tossed salad or eaten on its own as a snack. It's a nice addition to school lunches.

The whole family enjoyed this recipe, even the toddler who doesnt eat any vegies! Really light and fluffy and filling. Another family fave.

Quick and easy recipe!!! I didn't add the oil as required as enough fat comes out of the cheese and for extra flavor I added paprika..... delicious!!!
