These delicious dessert muffins are best eaten warm from the oven. The addition of yoghurt makes the muffins wonderfully moist and soft - if they have to travel, pack them carefully because they will squash out of shape easily. This is for a blender but you can mix with a bowl and spoon if you prefer.
Very easy, and muffins had a nice taste but a bit bland- not much flavour of orange came through which was a shame. Still I would make again and next time I may add some orange zest - 20 Aug 2010
