Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

It sounds simple, but wait for the taste! Scallops that are wrapped in bacon will be a favourite. Make sure you make enough to go around!
6 bacon rashers
12 scallops, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Cut the bacon rashers in half and wrap each half around a scallop. Use a toothpick to keep in place.
- Drizzle lemon juice over scallops. Place on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
They were absolutely delicious very tasty .
