    It sounds simple, but wait for the taste! Scallops that are wrapped in bacon will be a favourite. Make sure you make enough to go around!

    Serves: 4 

    • 6 bacon rashers
    • 12 scallops, rinsed and drained
    • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Cut the bacon rashers in half and wrap each half around a scallop. Use a toothpick to keep in place.
    3. Drizzle lemon juice over scallops. Place on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
