Bacon Wrapped Scallops

It sounds simple, but wait for the taste! Scallops that are wrapped in bacon will be a favourite. Make sure you make enough to go around!

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 6 bacon rashers
- 12 scallops, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation method
Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes1.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each half around a scallop. Use a toothpick to keep in place.

Drizzle lemon juice over scallops. Place on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
