Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place chicken in baking dish. Mix together the dry soup and the apricot nectar and pour over the chicken pieces. Cook for about 30-40 minutes till flesh is no longer pink. Add drained apricot halves and cook a further 5 minutes.
I cooked this meal in my pressure cooker and it was delicious and only took 25 minutes. It was the first time I used my pressure cooker and I was very happy with the results. - 27 Apr 2011
