Ingredients

2 cans (375g each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (425g) water-packed tuna, drained
1 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Toss the beans, tuna, onion, oil, lemon juice and sage leaves together in a large serving bowl.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley just before serving.
