1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 large ripe roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt

In a blender, whirl yogurt, tomatoes, basil and salt until very smooth, 2 minutes. Serve over ice, if desired.
